For days, the mobile Internet has been running out in Moscow. The celebration of the end of World War II is hardly getting any better, it is now said from the Kremlin – because of the »dangerous neighborhood«.

The Internet in Moscow will be partially restricted until Saturday including, because of the paradise scheduled on 9 May.

In Moscow and Podmoskovje, in preparation for Victory Day on 9 May and security measures restricted mobile Internet operations, communications operators, bank applications, taxis, self-catalogues, food delivery services, many shops and cafes only accept cash, and some have temporarily closed down due to the inability to pay cards through terminals.
