Bridge traffic down two percent in August
Gasparilla Island Bridge Authority traffic numbers for August were down 2 percent from last year. The busiest traffic day from August 2025 was Aug. 1 with 3,032 vehicles, compared to peak of 3,048 from Aug. 1, 2024. Cumulatively, there were 74,560 vehicles that crossed the toll in August 2025, compared to 76,173 vehicles for all of August 2024.
