Bridge City appoints Mike Reed to City Council Place 1

The Bridge City City Council has approved Mike Reed as the new Place 1 Council member after Aaronn Roccaforte won his Mayoral bid in May.  Roccaforte, who previously held the councilmember Place 1 seat, ran for Mayor after former mayor David Ruthledge was termed out of office.
