Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, who has made serious allegations of corruption against Hassan DC and Minister K.M. Shivalingegowda, has revealed in a press conference WhatsApp chats of bribes worth more than 70 lakhs, allegedly belonging to DC PA.
