Seven teenagers from Tilburg were arrested on Friday after an abuse last Wednesday, in which the victim's hair was cut off. This happened in the parking garage near Pieter Vreedeplein in downtown Tilburg. According to the police, the victim is a “vulnerable minor boy”.
