Bonuses of former credit suisse manager may not be shortened

The reduction, or even elimination, of bonuses for the three highest levels of Credit Suisse management ordered by the Confederation was unlawful. The Federal Administrative Court has accepted the appeal of twelve individuals affected, according to a verdict.
