Early Moments of Ashley Flynn Homicide Investigation Released
Tipp City Police released 10 body and dash camera videos after investigating a February 16 shooting that led to murder charges against Caleb Flynn.
On Feb. 16, Tipp City Police released 10 body and dash camera videos showing officers' response to the death of Ashley Flynn, 37, at her Cunningham Court, Tipp City home.
Tipp City Police responded around 2.30 a.m. after Caleb Flynn called 911 and reported a break-in, noting the side garage door was partly open.
Video shows Caleb Flynn crying, hyperventilating, and vomiting while officers check the house, with interior footage mostly blurred, as Flynn asks, 'Is she gone?'
On Feb. 19, Tipp City Police arrested Caleb Flynn and charged him with murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence; he pleaded not guilty and remains in Miami County Jail on a $2 million bond with a preliminary hearing on March 26, 2026.
Because the couple's two daughters were present, officers ensured their safety and involved family, while Tipp City Police Chief Greg Adkins said some investigative details remain confidential.
