Boardman council to consider recycling rates

BOARDMAN – The Boardman City Council will consider adopting curbside recycling rates at its meeting at 7:10 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday). The proposed rate being considered is $9.04 for a 90-gallon container. It would be picked up every other week.
