As reported by the Telšiai County Traffic Police, on July 18 at about 7:53 p.m. at the controlled intersection of Naftininkų g. and Žemaitijos g. in Mažeikiai, a sober woman (born in 1995), driving a BMW, entered the intersection with a prohibited traffic light and collided with an Opel Insignia car, driven by a sober man (born in 1992), who had also entered the intersection with a red traffic light.
