PINE RIVER — The annual Lakes Bluegrass Festival runs Wednesday-Sunday, Aug. 26-30, at the Lakes Music and Events Park a mile north of Pine River, featuring big names in the bluegrass genre including Rhonda Vincent, the Queen of Bluegrass.
