Blue Jays Roundup: Julia Skari notches two WDA championships

BISMARCK — Saturday wasn't the best day for running — Julia Skari ended up a West Region champion anyway. Skari, a senior at Jamestown High School, was crowned the WDA champion in the 100 hurdles and 300 hurdles at the West Region Track and Field Meet.
