Finland is preparing a new payment method alongside cash and current payment cards (TS 10.11.). An account-based instant payment system would operate like the current contactless payment, for example as part of a bank's mobile application. BLIK has started the pilot phase of a project aimed at including it among European mobile payment systems that enable mobile transfers between their users.
