Blair County inmate who hid in van to escape identified

HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Police have identified the prisoner who escaped from a Blair County Prison transport van last week. According to the Hollidaysburg Police Department, David Ramos escaped prison custody last week after returning from a court hearing.
