RAPID CITY, S.D. — As the 85th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally winds down, a major dealership in Rapid City is reporting a record-breaking year for sales. Black Hills Harley-Davidson announced that its annual "Rally at Exit 55" event has been breaking records.
