BI’s whole animal butcher shop moving into permanent space

The Blind Butcher on Bainbridge Island’s plans to open a permanent location in Coppertop Loop by early 2027. Currently operating out of a shared commercial kitchen on Three Tree Lane, the shop specializes in whole-animal butchery and meat sourced from regenerative farms across Washington.
