'Big money in politics’ town hall with Tester, Forstag

Anti-corruption group End Citizens United hosts Sam Forstag at a Bozeman town hall, urging reversal of the Citizens United ruling amid nearly $150 million in outside spending.

Former Montana U.S. Sen. Jon Tester joined Montana 1st Congressional District candidate Sam Forstag for a town hall hosted by End Citizens United in Bozeman, Tuesday, focused on the influence of big money in politics. The event came as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee added Forstag to its "Red to Blue" list. Tester and Forstag criticized unlimited campaign spending, corporate PACs, DOGE cuts, data centers, privatization, anti-public land policy, and the Citizens United decision, in addition to answering a handful of audience questions.
