Biden urges Congress to pass Ukraine aid bill as Kyiv warns its defeat against Russia would lead to WW3

Ukraine has warned that there will be a "third world war" if it loses the conflict with Russia.  Speaking to BBC on Wednesday (Apr 18) in Washington, Ukraine's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal voiced the warning while urging the United States Congress to pass a long-stalled foreign aid bill. 'Careful optimism' Shmyhal, as per BBC, expressed "careful optimism" that the US lawmakers would pass the measure that has $61 billion earmarked for Ukraine.
