A 31-year-old man allegedly under the influence struck and killed a bicyclist with his vehicle on Saturday in Fontana, authorities said. At around 11:09 p.m., Fontana police officers responded to a call regarding a collision in the area of Ivy Avenue and Palmetto Avenue, south of Foothill Boulevard.
