Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring raised the issue after a photograph resembling Bhagat Singh was allegedly found against a voter's name at serial number 422 of polling booth 38 in the Ludhiana East assembly constituency.
According to Congress leader and former MLA Sanjay Talwar, in the voter list of booth number 38 of Ludhiana East assembly constituency, there is a photo of Bhagat Singh in place of the voter registered at serial number 422.
