WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed goaltender Christian Stoever to an amateur tryout agreement. Stoever, who turns 25-years-old today, spent the last four seasons playing at Bowling Green State University.
