Betty F. (Almeida) Balboni, who lived in Plymouth her entire life, died peacefully July 27. She was 86. Born Nov. 27, 1939 to the late Arsene and Ruth (Hayward) Strassel, she was proud to be a lifelong resident of her hometown and educated in the local schools.
