April 10, 2025 Bernalillo County, N.M. – Bernalillo County Emergency Communications has been selected as the beta site for New Mexico for a new call handling software. Once in use, the Next Generation 911 (NG911) network will bring more accurate information for locating and sending responses by using a digital, internet protocol-based system.
