Help 2 Pinoys facing fraud raps, DFA urged

The Department of Foreign Affairs is being asked to help two Filipino businessmen who have been arrested and allegedly wrongly charged with fraud in the United States.

Berks Businessmen Charged in Nationwide Telemarketing Fraud Scheme

In the alleged fraud scheme, the businesses were controlled and managed by the scheme's principal architect, defendant Alan Redmond, 42, of Wyomissing, who was supported by senior executives Arthur Walsh, 65, of West Lawn, and Jesus Barrera, 32, of Dillsburg, and head sales agent and manager Albert Groff, 44, of Wernersville.
