HC Thippanna left a suicide note accusing his wife and father-in-law for his extreme step, stating that he is 'deeply saddened' by the torture from his wife and his father-in-law Yamunappa.

A 33-year-old police head constable of Hulimavu police station (law and order) committed suicide by jumping in front of a train at Byappanahalli late Friday night. The deceased, named Thippanna Alugur, blamed his wife Parvati and her father Yamunappa for his suicide in a one-page suicide note written in Kannada. Thippanna was a resident of Handiganuru village near Sindhagi town in Vijayapura district of North Karnataka.

हुलीमावु पुलिस स्टेशन (कानून और व्यवस्था) के 33 वर्षीय पुलिस हेड कांस्टेबल ने शुक्रवार देर रात बायप्पनहल्ली में ट्रेन के सामने कूदकर आत्महत्या कर ली. मृतक का नाम थिप्पन्ना अलुगुर है, जिसने कन्नड़ में लिखे एक पेज के  सुसाइड नोट में अपनी पत्नी पार्वती और उसके पिता यमुनाप्पा को आत्महत्या करने के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है. थिप्पन्ना उत्तर कर्नाटक के विजयपुरा जिले के सिंधगी शहर के पास हंडिगानुरू गांव का रहने वाले थे.
