Benchmark General Contractors will break ground on Monday, Aug. 31 on Gulf Beach Condominium, a new 14-unit residential condominium building on Sanibel Island. The 28,542-square-foot development will rise two stories above parking on a single building footprint and will offer residential condominium living for full-time and seasonal residents. Amenities will include a pool and a dune crossover ramp, providing direct beach access for residents. Construction is expected to be completed by October 2027.
