Search for missing Belgian hillwalker who disappeared in the Scottish Highlands
Police say the 45-year-old tourist did not return from a planned Cuillin Mountains route and has not contacted his family.

Sergeant David Mockett added, "We are growing increasingly concerned for his wellbeing and are appealing for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please get in touch."

Police are appealing for help to find 45 year old Hector Patemore after he failed to return from a planned walk in the Cuillin on the Isle of Skye. Hector, who lives in Belgium, left the Youth Hostel in Glen Brittle at around 10.45am on Sunday 13 September intending to climb Sgurr Na Banachdich before descending through Coire Na Banachdich.
