Following the closure of the Tetra Pak site in Longvic, around one hundred former employees filed a claim with the labor court, denouncing unfair dismissal conditions. On Thursday, June 4th, approximately forty of them gathered in front of the Dijon court for the labor court conciliation hearing.
Nine months after the closure of their factory on September 30, 2025, the former employees of Tetra Pak Longvic seized the advice of Prud'hommes de Dijon, in a collective approach of a rather rare magnitude in Burgundy. A first hearing took place this Thursday morning in the judicial city.
