CORTLAND, Ohio (WKBN) -- Local police and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation were at a home along North Mecca Street in Cortland on Saturday afternoon.Cortland Chief of Police David Morris told First News they are conducting an investigation into the death of a female victim, who has not been identified yet.
