PANAMA CITY — A Bay County principal has been named Principal of the Year for all of Florida. Brooke Loyed is the principal of Patronis Elementary School in Panama City. The Florida Principal of the Year program recognizes school leaders who demonstrate excellence in student achievement, instructional leadership and community engagement.
