PHOTO: Battleground School DistrictBattle Ground, Wash. — Battle Ground Public Schools has made the decision to cut 137 positions next school year to offset a $20 million dollar budget deficit. The board meeting Monday night allowed for some public testimony. BGPS tried three times to get voters to pass a bond levy that could have alleviated part or all of their budget woes and avoided the cuts.
