A US bank is blaming one of its own employees for the exposure of the sensitive data impacting dozens of customers. According to a new filing with the Office of the Maine Attorney General, an insider at TD Bank wrongfully accessed the data of 43 customers.

A Lumberton bank employee is accused of stealing nearly $80,000 from customers. 31-year-old Jillian Scott was a call representative for State Employees Credit Union.
