The Thuringian Office for the Environment has found an increased concentration of blue algae in the Grossweiher and Pfaffenweiher in the municipality of Kreuzlingen TG.
In front of Warnemünde an algae carpet has been sighted in the Baltic Sea. There is a suspicion that it is harmful blue algae. The health office advises to avoid the affected beach sections.
