The ceremony in Saint-Denis also raised Marwan Barghouti to the rank of honorary citizen, in the presence of his wife and Salah Hamouri.
It has been reported that the Saint-Denis municipality in France has granted honorary citizenship to Marwan Barghouti, one of Palestine's symbolic leaders and imprisoned in Israeli jails since 2002. Click here for more.
