Baierbrunn: Cup for highest turnout goes to Cologne

The small municipality of Baierbrunn in the south of Munich has to give the cup for the highest turnout. However, the trophy does not migrate as intended to the near Planegg. This has to do with the rules of the association "Democracy in love" and the complicated statistics.
