Bagley Public Library to host artist reception Nov. 22

BAGLEY — An artist reception for featured artist Ruth Ann Nordland is set for 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Bagley Public Library, 79 Spencer Ave. SW.
