Russian media are widely reporting on a video of Andrej Babiš, in which the prime minister-designate said that the European Union must find other ways to finance Ukraine and that the Czech Republic has no money for Ukraine. The Russians write this as Prague refusing to invest money in Ukraine or that it will not commit to financing it.
