Unanimously, the Court declared constitutional the reform of May 2023 to the laws of Airports and Civil Aviation, promoted by former President Andrés Manuel López Obrador
The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation declared constitutional the legal reform of May 2023 that empowers the Armed Forces to operate simultaneously an airline and an airport network.
Now, both the Defense and the Navy will have the capacity to carry out the planning, conduct, coordination and orientation of the national economy, in accordance with article 25 of the Constitution.
The ministers of the Court declared constitutional the reform of May 2023 to the laws of Airports and Civil Aviation, promoted by the former president Andrés Manuel López Obrador, with which the Ministry of National Defense was able to enter the aeronautical sector.
CDMX.- The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) endorsed on Tuesday the legal reform of 2023 that allows the military to be, at the same time, owners of an airline and several airports.
