Travis Decker, Accused of Murdering 3 Daughters, May Have Changed Appearance: Here's How
CHELAN COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON, JUN 18 – Authorities released updated images showing possible changed appearance of Travis Decker, wanted for killing his three daughters; a $20,000 reward is offered for information, officials said.
Travis Decker is wanted for killing his three daughters, aged 5, 8, and 9, found dead at a Chelan County campground after a visitation last month.
The search began on May 30 after Decker's ex-wife informed authorities that he had failed to bring the children back following a scheduled visitation, leading to a manhunt now entering its third week.
Authorities have expanded the search over 2,900 square miles into new wilderness areas, releasing altered photos showing how Decker might look with changed appearance.
Law enforcement efforts include FBI profiling, National Guard aerial assistance, and a $20,000 reward, while Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison noted that the search is shifting focus toward a prolonged, sustained effort.
A memorial service to honor the three girls is planned for June 20 at Rocky Reach Park in Wenatchee, reflecting the community’s ongoing grief as the search for the armed and dangerous suspect continues.
