SYLVAN TOWNSHIP — The 37-year-old Brainerd man who died Tuesday, Aug. 25, after his vehicle struck a train in Cass County has been identified as Keith Michael Donovan. The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash at 6:26 a.m. in Sylvan Township west of Baxter.
