Austria will begin their qualifying campaign with a home match against Turkey on November 4th/5th. The European Championship will be held from January 13th to 30th in Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland, with matches taking place in Lisbon, Zurich, Valencia, and Madrid.
The Hungarian men's handball team will face the Faroe Islands, Montenegro and Kosovo in the 2028 European Championship qualifying round, it was revealed in Lisbon on Thursday.
