Utica, N.Y. — A Utica man who was a registered sex offender placed several cameras throughout his home, including one in a bedroom, to watch an underage girl, deputies said.Keenan J. Gant, 40, was arrested Tuesday after deputies investigated a tip to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center that an underage girl had found a camera in her bedroom, according to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Mark Chrysler.
