As RMF FM journalist Tomasz Skory has learned, the case has been referred to Judge Dariusz Łubowski, who was dismissed today from his position as head of the section responsible for issuing EAWs.
Judge Dariusz Łubowski, who in December annulled the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) against Marcin Romanowski, has been dismissed from his position as head of the international proceedings section for criminal law cases involving international relations at the District Court in Warsaw.
Judge Dariusz Łubowski, who decided to revoke the European Arrest Warrant issued against PiS MP Marcin Romanowski, who is currently residing in Hungary, has offended the current government, for which he is now facing repression. According to findings from the Niezalezna.pl website, he has been removed from his position as head of the international affairs section.
