Atmospheric emergency activated in 3 municipalities of Jalisco TODAY April 14 by fire in garbage dump

Due to the pollutants emitted by the fire in the landfill located in Camino al Duarte, in San Juan de los Lagos, the Secretariat for Environment and Territorial Development (Semadet) activated an atmospheric emergency for that municipality, as well as for Jalostotitlán and San Miguel el Alto. He explained that the atmospheric emergency will remain active until the smoke from the affected areas has been dispersed.
