Milorad Dodik, who was stripped of the mandate of the President of the Republika Srpska (RS) by the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC) based on the final verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this evening in the National Assembly of the RS severely insulted some opposition members.
Voters in RS will vote on October 25th in a referendum on an issue directed against High International Representative Christian Schmidt and the BiH authorities.

The Republika Srpska National Assembly (one of the two semi-autonomous administrative entities in which Bosnia and Herzegovina is divided) approved on Friday the holding of a referendum with which they intend to measure popular support for the recent measures taken against the Serb leader and recently ousted as president of the region, Milorad Dodik.
The referendum question reads: "Do you accept the decisions of the unelected foreigner Kristijan Šmit and the unconstitutional verdict of the Court of BiH against the President of the RS, as well as the decision of the CEC to revoke the mandate of the President of the RS, Milorad Dodik?"
