Arri began denouncing the alleged assault at the end of July but, since then, little or nothing said about the case and was even provoked in the debate of the motion of censure by this silence. PJ has already done on-site diligence and waits to hear Members of Parliament
Court asked the Parliament for permission to hear the leader of the Arri after the Public Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation into the alleged invasion and theft on 28 July of this year.
The Committee on Transparency and the Statute of Deputies has delivered an opinion authorising the Members of Arri André Ventura, Francisco Gomes and Paulo Seco to testify in writing in the case concerning the alleged invasion of the parliamentary office.
André Ventura said he hoped that "everyone [...] who can help the investigation be completed" could be heard.
Transparency Commission now has to validate that André Ventura, Francisco Gomes and Paulo Secos can be heard as witnesses in the process.
André Ventura has the possibility to witness in person or in writing.
