FARGO — For the first time in nearly 20 years, the Fargo school board will name a brand new school in advance of its construction. The school to be built on the site of the 110-year-old Horace Mann Elementary in north Fargo will be named Tuesday, Nov. 25, during a final round of voting at the next board meeting.
