Arturo Garffer is nominated as Secretary of State

The now-appointed Secretary of the Department of State, Arturo J. Garffer, expressed his satisfaction with the new position delegated by Governor Jenniffer González and announced that he will immediately step down as Secretary of the Department of Public Security (DSP).

Gov. Jenniffer González announced on Thursday that she appointed the Secretary of State to the current Secretary of the Department of Public Security (DSP), Arturo Garffer.
