After a 9-day journey into space and a passage behind the hidden face of the Moon, the Orion capsule and its passengers will return to the atmosphere at more than 40,000 km/h. A landing off the Californian coast is planned at 2h07 in the morning.
The historic Artemis II mission is nearing its end. Tonight, at approximately 03:07 Lithuanian time, the astronauts are expected to land in the Pacific Ocean, near San Diego. Although this is the final stage of the mission, it is considered one of the most dangerous.
