Arrested for Skipping a Restraining Order Against Three Minors

The local police in Vitoria-Gasteiz arrested a 23-year-old for breaking a restraining order against three minors when one of them recognized him while walking on Independence Street at around 9.30 p.m. After requesting a police presence and having ascertained that the order was in force, they arrested him.
