Almost two months after the criminal proceedings against thirteen persons arrested for their connection with the attack on the facilities of the Otavalo Police Command in Imbabura, in the framework of the strike that Ecuador experienced, the Public Prosecutor's Office reformulates charges of the crime of terrorism towards that of attack and resistance under a real contest of offences with the crime of harm to the good of others.
